The Group operates under four major segments: Islamic Financing, Real Estate, Proprietary Investment Management and Advisory Services. Under Islamic Financing, the Group provides a range of Islamic products to corporate and individual customers. Under Real Estate, the Group is involved in buying, selling and investing in real estate. Under Proprietary Investment Management, the Group deals in managing the company's liquidity requirements. Under Advisory Services, the Group provides advisory and structured finance services. The Group is also involved in dealing with collecting applicant information and follow-up, customer complaints, comments and suggestions through its customer contact center. |
