The Group's principal activities are aerospace engineering and logistics. The Group's aerospace engineering provides retrofit applications of electronic systems and aerospoace components in aircraft resulting in the supply of aircraft systems and/or aerospace components and identifying alternatives and solutions to increase aircraft operating efficiency. Other activities include selling and/or leasing purchased aircraft. The Group's logistics segment includes supply chain management services, airport ground and transportation services and air cargo management services. The Group is domiciled in Singapore and markets its products and services primarily in Asia, Canada, USA and France.
