The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and marketing of agricultural materials, packaging machinery and equipment and advanced lighting systems. The Group operates through four subsidiaries, Grene, Martin, Fibertex and Biomar and one joint venture, Xergi. Grene supplies spare parts and accessories for the agricultural sector, and of hydraulics, technical articles, electrical products and services for industry. Martin manufactures computer-controlled effect lighting for the entertainment and the experience industries, including architectural lighting projects and visual effects solutions. Fibertex manufactures nonwovens, supplies needlepunch products for industrial and technical applications and spunbond/spunmelt products for the personal care industry. BioMar manufactures feed for the fish farming industry. Xergi supplies turnkey energy systems. The group operates primarily in Europe.
