| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture electric motors and water heaters. The Group operates through two segments: Electrical Products and Water Systems. Electrical products segment manufactures fractional and integral alternating current and direct current motors used in fans and blowers in furnaces, air conditioners and ventilating systems, industrial applications, other consumer products and hermetic motors used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Water Systems segment manufactures residential gas and electric water heaters and commercial water heating equipment used in applications including hotels, laundries and car washes. The products are manufactured primarily in Mexico, the United States and China and are marketed worldwide. The products are sold to equipment manufacturers and plumbing distributors through both retail and wholesale channels. |
