The Group also provides solutions for the main areas of semiconductor production, namely wafer processing, assembly and packaging. The Group operates in two segments: Front-end and Back-end. The Front-end segment consists of wafer manufacturing, transistor formation processing and interconnect formation. The Back-end segment consists of the processing of wafers. The Group's customers include semiconductor device manufacturers in the world. The Group operates in Europe, the United States, Japan and Southeast Asia.
