The Group's principal activity is providing scheduled passenger airline and airfreight carriers throughout the world. The Group AMR Eagle Holding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, owns two regional airlines, which does business as American Eagle Airlines, Inc. and Executive Airlines, Inc. The American Eagle carriers provide connecting service from eight of American's high-traffic cities to smaller markets throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. AMR Investment Services, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Group serve as an investment manager and provides customized fixed income portfolio management services.
