The Group's principal activity is generating electric power and supplying energy. It serves the Sistema Interconectado Central or SIC and the Sistema Interconectado del Norte Grande (SING) in Chile, and the Sistema Interconectado Nacional (SIN) in Colombia. It also started supplying electricity to the Sistema Argentino de Interconexion (SADI) in 2007.
