| The Group's principal activity is owning and managing care homes. The Groups operations focuses on elderly care with mental disorders/dementia requiring nursing care providing a safe homelike environment with a focus on treatment and rehabilitation. The Group owns and operates ten care homes with 351 operational beds. In addition it also manages one care home, with 40 operational beds, on a joint venture basis. The Group's care homes are located in Warwickshire, Leeds, Devon, Keighley, Stoke-on Trent, Gloucester and West Yorkshire. The Group operates predominantly in the United Kingdom. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Solutions (Yorkshire) Ltd. |
