The Group's principal activity is to license the commercial rights to television and film properties, personalities and product concepts. The Group operates through four segments: Licensing, Advertising Media and Broadcast, Television and Film Production/Distribution and Trading Card and Game Distribution. Licensing provides licenses to manufacture and sell all types of merchandise including toys, electronic games, trading cards, food, toiletries, apparel, housewares, footwear and publishing rights. Advertising Media and Broadcast provides media planning and buying services for both print and broadcast media. Television and Film Production/Distribution produces and adapts animated and live-action television programs and theatrical motion pictures for distribution to the television, home video and theatrical markets. Trading Card and Game Distribution produce, market and distribute the Chaotic trading card game. It operates in the United States and Europe.
