21st Century Technology PLC, formerly TG21 Plc, operates in three divisions. Public transport monitoring systems division is engaged in the supply of closed circuit television, black box and other monitoring systems. Vehicle installation services division is engaged in the installation of public transport monitoring systems, replacement of stolen in-car entertainment and navigation systems for insurance company customers and the installation of black-box units for the telematics based motor insurance market. Distribution division distributes Datatool motorcycle alarm and other motor cycle accessories. In December 2009, the Company announced the disposal of its Datatool business and the cessation of Insurance Vehicle Installation Services.
